The Challenge
Federal Metal was using a customized
solution that was sluggish and outdated
and did not function efficiently. Certain key
functions that were responsible for
handling the workflow were limited which
made their existing system cumbersome to
operate.
Our Approach
Cinnova’s architects worked closely with
Federal Metal management to gather
requirements and brainstorm on the
development of new features. Cinnova
utilized the latest tools and technologies to
deliver a state-of-the-art solution while
completing the project two months earlier
than projected.
Results
The suppliers now have access to a web
portal available at Federal Metal where data
can be easily entered. The core operations
are synced with the legacy system and the
administrators can view meaningful reports
of system data. App notifications keep staff
and suppliers on the same page
