THE CHALLENGE

When ProCamps reached out to Cinnova, the company was running its operations with Excel. There was little to no reporting for events, inefficient processes, and fragmented data. Managing the staff was a laborious, manual procedure. The process of onboarding for clients was full of friction.

OUR APPROACH

Cinnova provided wide-ranging consultancy and solution development services to power ProCamp’s business. This included up-gradation and digitization of processes and the development of multiple portals and apps to make business processes coherent and efficient.

RESULTS

Operations now run smoothly at ProCamps and the business has scaled in terms of clients catered to and the number of activities offered. Managing an event has become a breeze thanks to a mobile app used by the field staff. Attendees can now pay online and client experience has vastly improved.
