Jeffrey Holtmeier

Executive Chairman

Jeff Holtmeier is a consummate serial entrepreneur in technology and communications, with numerous companies founded, built, and successfully sold or transited. He is a principal and Executive Chairman of Cinnova and has been a part of the company since its inception.

 

He has deep boardroom experience from service on the Boards of Directors of several U.S. and Chinese companies, both public and private. He is also a significant contributor to the non-profit world in his local community, with over thirty years of board leadership and service programs for addressing homelessness and people with special needs. In addition, Jeff was the recipient of perhaps the most recognizable business award, the Ernst & Young, NASDAQ/USA Today “Entrepreneur of the Year.”

Shehzad Islam​

CEO, Founder

With more than fifteen years of successful entrepreneurial feats and counting, Shehzad has been part of several startup ventures throughout his career. With an exceptional focus on innovation in technology and a vision to exceed client expectations, Shehzad has grown Cinnova from grounds up to a premier technology consulting firm servicing SMEs to Fortune 500 companies. Continuing to build on his success, Shehzad recently launched Digimid, a digital agency serving the digital media needs of small to mid-sized businesses.

 

Shehzad has been recognized for his innovation in technology and has been a speaker at public forums. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Arkansas, with postgraduate studies from the University of Sheffield (UK) and London School of Economics.

Zohaib Saeed

Director of Engineering

Zohaib is a senior technologist with more than twenty years of experience in technology operations and software engineering. He has a track record of successfully leading substantial cross-functional teams, establishing and upholding best practices, and developing and implementing data-driven technological strategies that boost customer satisfaction. He is pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus in Artificial Intelligence at Georgia Tech in the United States. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor in Canada.
